FAQs and Returns Policy
We pride ourselves on selling high quality and fresh flowers, coinciding with beautiful designs. If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please kindly inform us within 48 hours.
We can accept photos or the flowers themselves returned, at which point we are happy to offer a reasonable replacement. Due to the perishable nature of our product, refunds are not applicable.
It is up to the customer to ensure the flowers are taken care for, which includes keeping them cool, changing the water and recutting the stems.
